摘 要:在硫酸介质中,抗坏血酸存在下,痕量铅能灵敏地催化溴酸钾氧化吖啶红褪色.研究了该催化褪色反应的最佳条件,建立了一种测定痕量铅的新方法.该方法的线性范围为20~85μg.L-1,检出限为3×10-7g.L-1.用于中药中铅的测定,相对标准偏差为1.73%~4.06%,加标回收率为97.1%~103.8%.实验结果表明,在三种中药中,山药中铅的含量最高,山楂中铅的含量最低.A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount lead has been developed. It is based on the fact that Pb^2+ can catalyze the decolorizing of acridine red with KBrO3 in the medium of H2SO4 and Vc. The optimum conditions of the reaction rate have been studied. The linear range of lead is 20.00-85.00μg·L^-1 and the determination limit is 3 ×10^-7μg·L^-1 The method has been used for the determination of trace lead in Chinese traditional herbs. Values of RSD (n = 6) found are less than 4.1%, and values of recovery found by standard addition method are in the ranges of 97.1%-103.8%. The results indicate that the content of lead is highest in yam rhizome while lowest in hawthorn fruit.
