摘 要:建立了一种电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定黑心菊植株不同部位重金属元素(Cd,Cu,Mn,Ni,Pb,Zn)含量的方法.优化了ICP-OES仪器工作条件,比较了湿法消解和微波消解对测定结果的影响.结果表明:经微波消解处理的样品,其测定结果精密度好、回收率高,优于湿法消解,各元素检出限分别为Cd 0.001 67,Cu 0.001 29,Mn 0.078 6,Ni 0.005 03,Pb 0.010 7,Zn 0.048 6μg.mL?1;相对标准偏差均小于6.5%;回收率达到96.0%~111.2%.A method was developed for determination of several heavy metals (Cd, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn) in different parts of Rudbeckia hybrida by ICP-OES. Operation parameters of ICP-OES were optimized and effects on wet digestion and microwave digestion were compared. The results showed that microwave digestion was better than wet digestion for its better precision and higher recovery rate. The detection limits were Cd 0.001 67, Cu 0.001 29, Mn 0.078 6, Ni 0.005 03, Pb 0.010 7 and Zn 0.048 6μg · mL^-1 respectively. The RSDs were lower than 6.5%, and the recovery rates ranged from 96.0% to 111.2%.
