摘  要:目的:观察睡必妥(Shuibituo)吸入对小鼠中枢神经系统的作用及其吸入毒性和刺激性。方法:静式染毒柜小鼠吸入接触给药。YSD-4G药理、生理实验多用仪测定实验小鼠自主活动,检测睡必妥与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用及对脑内5HT(5羟色胺),5HIAA(5羟吲哚乙酸)的影响。结果:睡必妥吸入能减少小鼠自主活动,与戊巴比妥钠具协同催眠作用,小鼠脑内5HT含量降低,5HIAA含量有增高趋势。睡必妥小鼠LC50(2h)大于70000mg·m-3,大鼠吸入接触睡必妥59000mg·m-34h,连续3d,对呼吸道粘膜组织无刺激性。结论:睡必妥具一定中枢抑制作用。其机制与苯二氮类安定药不同,可能与中枢神经递质5HT作用有关。睡必妥吸入毒性低。OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Shuibituo (a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine) on the central nervous system of mice and its inhalation toxicity. METHODS: Drugs were administered to the mice through the respiratory tract by a static intoxication equipment. Automatic activities (AA) of mice were recorded by a YSD-4G pharmacological physiological multi track recording equipment to evaluate the synergistic effects of Shuibituo and pentobarbital and the influence on the amount of cerebral 5 HT and 5 HIAA. RESULTS: Shuibituo reduced the AA of mice and exered a synergistic hypnotic effect with pentobarbital. There was a tendency in decreasing cerebral 5 HT and increasing 5 HIAA. LC 50 value for mice exceeded 70 000 mg·m -3 . No respiratory irritative action was observed in rats exposed to tranquil at 59 066 mg·m -3 , 4 h· -1 for 3 consecutive days. CONCLSION: Inhibitory effects on the CNS of mice were obseved. The mechanism was probably different from that of diazepam and may be related to the function of central neurotransmeter 5 hydroxy tryptamine. Shuibituo has low inhalation toxicity and no irritative action on the respiratory tract.
