摘　　要：我国的《反垄断法》历经十几年的艰辛孕育,终于在国人的期盼中颁布,其出台对我国的法制建设具有深远的意义和影响;同时,在借鉴发达国家反垄断立法成功经验的基础上,我国的《反垄断法》还有符合中国国情的特色。Counter - Monopoly Law took the market competition method important content, except has protects the consumer legitimate rights and interests, maintains the social public interest outside the important function, its most important function is adjusts the enterprise is between operator＇s competition, maintains between the enterprise the freedom and the fair competition order. Our country Counter - Monopoly Law has been through repeatedly for 13 years difficult breeding, finally promulgates in people＇s hope, it appears our country legislative work to have the profound significance and the influence; At the same time, legislates in the successful experience foundation in the model developed country counter - monopoly, our country Counter - Monopoly Law also has conforms to the Chinese national condition characteristic.
