鼻外侧超薄皮瓣修复下睑软组织缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨下睑软组织缺损修复的新方法,评价鼻外侧超薄皮瓣的临床应用价值。方法对22例患者应用鼻外侧超薄皮瓣转移修复同侧下睑组织缺损。其中下睑外翻10例,下睑瘢痕畸形8例,下睑黑毛痣4例。结果22例转移皮瓣全部存活,转移皮瓣面积1.0 cm×3.0 cm^2.2 cm×6.0 cm,最大长宽比例为4.5∶1。术后随访6个月~2年,转移皮肤质地、颜色与下睑皮肤相仿,外观与对侧基本对称,供区瘢痕隐蔽,形态恢复满意。结论鼻外侧超薄皮瓣是下睑软组织缺损修复重建的理想方法之一。Objective To explore and evaluate the value of nasolabial subdermal vascular plexus thin flap on Palpebra Inferior tissue defects. Methods 22 cases of inferior eyelids tissue defects were operated on with homonymy nasolahial subdermal vascular plexus thin flap. Of them, 10 cases were lower eyelid ectropion,8 cases were lower eyelid scar,and 4 cases were melanotic nevus. Results These flaps were all survival in 22 cases. The transfer of flaps area were 1.0 cm×3.0 cm× 2.2 cm × 6.0 cm, the maximumlength breadth ratio was 4.5 ：1. All cases got a better aesthetic result. The patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years with satisfactory results with good appearance and function. Conclusion It is one of good methods to repair palpebra inferior tissue defects with nasolabial subdermal vascular plexus thin flap.
