针刺健康人肠经募合穴前后胃动素的变化

摘　　要：系统动态观察了血浆胃动素变化情况 ,并设置非针刺组对照观察。结果表明 ,对照组在1 5 0 min内血浆胃动素水平波动甚微 ,范围为 1 35～ 1 46 pmol/ L ;针刺肠经募、合穴后 ,血浆胃动素水平显著升高 ,与对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 1 )。认为胃动素分泌的增加 ,是针刺肠经募、合穴调整消化机能的内在机制之一 ,且其升高状态至少可持续到起针 6 0 min以上。针刺肠经募、合穴对胃动素分泌的影响同中有异。Dynamic change of plasma molitin was observed in healthy people.Results indicate that plasma motilin level in the non- acupuncture group has a little change within150 min,varying between135and146pmol/ L; After acupuncture of Front- Mu and converging points of intestine channels,the plasma motilin level increases significantly as compared with the control group( P< 0 .0 1) and the increase lasts over60 min at least after the needle is withdrawn.It is considred that the in- crease of motilin secretion is one of inherent mecha- nisms of acupuncture of front- Mu and converging points regulating digestive function.
