加味逍遥散对心理应激性失眠患者单胺类神经递质的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察加味逍遥散对心理应激性失眠患者单胺类神经递质的影响。方法:将入选的59例患者随机分为中药组、西药组、中西医结合组和对照组。分别给予加味逍遥散+舒乐安定安慰剂、舒乐安定+加味逍遥散安慰剂、加味逍遥散+舒乐安定、加味逍遥散安慰剂+舒乐安定安慰剂临床干预。并于治疗前后测定血浆单胺类神经递质及其代谢产物。结果:3用药组血浆去甲肾上腺素水平数值上有变化,但无显著性差异;对照组治疗后明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05)。多巴胺:加味逍遥散能显著升高血浆多巴胺含量的水平(P<0.05)。另3组治疗前后比较,无统计学意义。5-羟吲哚乙酸与5-羟吲哚乙酸/5-羟色胺:加味逍遥散联合舒乐安定能明显升高血浆5-羟吲哚乙酸水平与5-羟吲哚乙酸/5-羟色胺比值(P<0.05);另3组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味逍遥散联合舒乐安定片在一定程度上调整单胺类神经递质。Objective： To investigate effect of Jiawei Xiaoyao San on monoamine neurotransmitter in patients with psychological stress insomnia. Methods： A randomized controlled study was conducted in 33 cases with psychological stress insomnia. They were assigned to the TCM group（treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao San）, the western medicine group（treated with Estazolam）, the integrated medicine group（treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao San and Estazolam）and the control group （treated with placebo of Jiawei Xiaoyao San and Estazolam）. Serum levels of monoamine neurotransmitter and their metabolites （ NE, DA, 5-HT, 5-HIAA, 5-HIAA/5-HT） were detected before and at the 6th week of the treatment. Results： NE： After 6 weeks of treatment, serum levels of NE has no significant difference in 3 groups（P 〉 0.05）, but the serum NE level was decreased obviously in control group（P 〈 0.05）. DA： After 6 weeks of treatment, the serum DA level was increased in TCM group（P 〈 0.05）, serum levels of DA has no significant difference in arther 3 groups（P 〉 0.05）. 5-HIAA and 5-HIAA/5-HT： After 6 weeks of treatment, the serum 5-HT level and ratio of 5-HIAA/5-HT decreased in the integrated medicine group（P 〉 0.05）, the serum 5-HT level and ratio of 5-HIAA/5-HT have no significant difference in TCM, western medicine and control group（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions： The integrated medicine can regulate monoamine neurotransmitter to some extent.
