摘  要:目的比较2种不同方法建立新生SD大鼠高未结合胆红素血症模型的效果。方法分别通过腹腔注射胆红素(试验组A)和皮下注射盐酸苯肼(试验组B)建立模型,以腹腔注射生理盐水为空白对照,比较3组大鼠的血清胆红素水平和死亡率。结果腹腔注射胆红素与皮下注射盐酸苯肼均能造成新生鼠高胆红素血症,而皮下注射盐酸苯肼所引起的血清胆红素水平升高和未结合胆红素/结合胆红素比值显著高于腹腔注射胆红素组(P<0.01),死亡率显著低于腹腔注射胆红素组(P<0.01)。结论皮下注射盐酸苯肼制作的新生鼠高未结合胆红素血症模型比腹腔注射胆红素制作的模型更为典型,更能模拟新生儿高未结合胆红素血症的临床表现。Objective To compare and evaluate 2 different methods of establishing hyper-unconjugated bilirubinemia model with infant mice. Methods Hyper-unconjugated bilirubinemia model was established by peritoneal injection with bilirubin and subcutaneous injection with phenylhydrazine hydrochloride, respectively. Serum bilirubin level and mortality rate of each group were analyzed. Results Hyper-bilirubinemia model could be established by 2 different methods, of which subcutaneous injection with phenylhydrazine hydrochloride resulted in higher serum bilirubin level, higher serum unconjugated bilirubin level, and lower mortality rate (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Subcutaneous injection with phenylhydrazine hydrochloride is recommended for the establishment of infant mice hyoer-unconjugated bilirubinemia model.
