当归注射液合超激光照射穴位治疗坐骨神经痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位注射当归注射液合超激光照射治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效并与单纯超激光照射治疗作对比。方法将120例符合纳入标准的坐骨神经痛患者随即分为两组。治疗组60例,以当归注射液穴位注射结合超激光照射进行治疗;对照组60例,仅采用超激光照射疗法进行治疗;两组超激光照射方法及疗程均相同。并根据视觉模拟评分法(VAS)在治疗前后对患者进行评分。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组88.33%,两组疗效有显著差异(P<0.01)。两组VAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),但治疗组远期疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论当归注射液穴位注射合超激光照射治疗坐骨神经痛疗效明显优于单纯使用超激光治疗。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture point injection of angelica injection combined with super- laser irradiation treatment of sciatica, and to compare its effect with that of ultra - pure laser irradiation. Methods A total of 120 cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture point injection of angelica injection combined with super- laser irradiation treatment （n =60）. Patients in the control group were only treated with the super- laser therapy （n = 60）. The methods and treatmenttime of super -laser irradiation were the same in both groups. Patients from both group were scored in accordancewith the visual analog scale （VAS） before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatmentgroup was 96. 67%, and the control group was 88. 33%. The efficacy differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The VAS score of 2 groups after treatment were both lower than that before treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. However, the long - term effect of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture point injection of angelica injection combined with super - laser irradiation treatmentof sciatica is better than simple use of ultra -laser treatment.
