溪黄草药材的质量研究

摘　　要：目的对本公司溪黄草生产基地生产的溪黄草药材进行质量研究,为正确评价溪黄草药材的质量提供理论依据。方法对溪黄草性状、鉴别、水分、浸出物、总灰分进行检验,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定溪黄草药材熊果酸的含量。结果不同批次的药材样品,熊果酸含量差异较大;溪黄草叶浸出物较高,茎浸出物较低。结论溪黄草以叶多者为佳,溪黄草质量标准有待进一步深入研究。Objective To study the quality of the crude drug of Herbra Isodonis Lophanthoidis from our production base eultivating Herbra Isodonis Lophanthoidis, and to provide theoretical basis for eorreet evaluation of quality of all crude drug of Herbra Isodonis Lophanthoidis. Methods Characters, identification, moisture content, extract, total ash content of Herbra Isodonis Lophanthoidis were deteeted. The contents of ursolic acid were determined by HPLC. Results There was great difference of contents of ursolie acid among different batches of Herbra Isodonis Lophanthoidis. Conclusion Quality of Herbra Isodonis Lophanthoidis with more leaves is better, and the quality stander of Herbra Isodonis Lophanthoidis needs further study.
