摘 要:应用MTT方法,研究了稀土元素Yb对小鼠成纤维细胞生长的影响。以体外传代培养的细胞株NIH3T3为研究对象,给予Yb3+(0.001 mmol/L、0.01 mmoL/L、0.1和1.00 mmol/L)培养1d后,观察NIH3T3细胞的生长情况,同时,应用MTT法检测稀土元素Yb对NIH3T3细胞生长的作用。结果发现稀土Yb对NIH3T3细胞的生长具有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05),且随着Yb3+剂量的增加,对该细胞生长的抑制作用明显增强(P<0.05)。这些结果提示稀土Yb具有体外抗纤维化的作用,有望应用于组织纤维化疾病的治疗上。Using MTT,the effect of Yb^3+ on the growth of NIH3T3 cells was studied. The histological changes of NIH3T3 cells were observed on the first day after treated with different doses (0.001,0.01,0.10 and 1.00 mmol·L^-1) of Yb^3= in vitro. At the same time,the proliferation of NIH3T3 cells were detected by MTT. The results showed that the evident inhibition of Yb^3+ to NIH3T3 cells growth occurred after treatment with Yb^3+ ( P 〈 0.05) and was gradually strengthened following the increase of the dose of Yb^3+ ( P 〈 0.05 ). These results show that ytterbium had effect of anti-fibrosis in vitro and expected to use in therapy of tissue fibrosis.
