摘  要:目的探讨腹腔注射鸡枞多糖的降血脂作用。方法小鼠80只随机分为健康对照组、高血脂症组、5%鸡枞多糖注射组和10%鸡枞多糖注射组,健康对照组给予基础饲料喂养外,其余3组均给予高脂饲料,正常饮水。另两组分别用5%和10%的鸡枞多糖液每日行腹腔注射,连续30d。分组测定血脂指标。结果鸡枞多糖高低剂量组血清总胆固醇(CHO)、三酰甘油(TG)含量显著低于高脂模型组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔注射鸡枞多糖具有显著的降血脂作用。Objective To study Collybia Albuminsa Polysaechariae on reducing Lipid by celiac injection. Methotis The mice was divided into four groups at random;normal group,hyperlipidemia group,5 percent polysacchariae group and 10 percent polysacchariae group. Except for the normal one, all the other groups were be feeded with lipid. and two groups celiac injection 5 percent and 10 percent Collybia Albuminsa Polysacchariae with all the groups normal drink water for 30 days. Results The 5 percent group and 10 percent Collybia Albuminsa Polysacchariae cholesterol(CHO) and triglyceride(TG) is quite different from the hyperlipidemia group. Conclusion The Collybia Albuminsa Polysacchariae can decrease the TG and CHO of mice.
