摘　　要：徐州矿区工人村作为一个因矿业而形成发展起来的工人聚居区,不仅仅是徐州矿业历史发展的见证,也从侧面体现了社会经济发展的不同时期,老一代工矿区的形成与发展历程,是有着重要工业文化价值的历史地段。文章从分析徐州矿区工人村现状入手,分析了其在新形势下所处的状态以及面临的发展困境,在此基础上提出了相应的更新措施和规划治理的相关指导措施。The worker village in Xuzhou mining area, one worker community which with the development of the mining industry, is not only the historical testimony of Xuzhou mining industry development, but also has manifested the old mining industry area＇s formation and the development process in different time of socioeconomic development. It is the historical land sector which has essential industry culture value. The article, based on the analysis of the present situation of worker village in Xuzhou mining area, presents the development difficulty under the new situation and proposes the corresponding renewal measures and planning guidance related to governance.
