库区要素流动探析

摘　　要：为研究由水库建设引起的库区经济综合性、区域性、战略性问题,在重新界定库区范围的基础上,以要素流动理论为基础,采用定性分析方法,分别从劳动力、资本、自然资源3个方面对流入库区要素、流出库区要素以及库区内要素自由流动进行分析,探讨水库建设究竟会引起库区哪些要素流动以及要素在库区内外系统间及内部如何流动,力图形成库区要素流动较为清晰的理论体系。In order to study the comprehensive,regional and strategic problems concerning the economy in reservoir zones induced by their construction,the range of a reservoir zone was re-defined.The flowing into and out the reservoir zone as well as the free flowing in the reservoir zone were analyzed from the aspects of labor force,capital and natural resources based on the theory of flowing of essential factors and the qualitative analysis methods.Owing to the construction of the reservoir,which factors will flow and how they flow between the systems as well as in the system were discussed so as to give a clear theoretical system for the flowing of the essential factors of reservoir zones.
