摘 要:为了使新的配置方案能够体现最新的客户需求,并适应企业设计制造资源的变化,研究了产品配置方案的重建技术,在捕获和记录产品配置设计过程及相关信息的基础上,建立了产品配置集成过程模型。采用配置信息反馈机制,完成配置信息的捕捉、处理和更新,使配置知识始终处于最新状态。重用配置历史知识,通过配置反馈信息引导,实现产品配置方案的动态重建。最后以电除尘装备为例,分析了产品配置方案动态重建技术的具体实现。During the lifecycle of configuration product, product configuration recipe was often at dynamic changes. In order to meet the dynamic change requirements, the product configuration recipe should be reconstructed based on the feedback information of product configuration. The reconstruction technology of product configuration recipe was studied. The Integrated process model of product configuration was established based on capturing and recording the process and information of configuration design. The feedback mechanism of product configuration information was applied to complete capturing, collecting, treating and updating of configuration information which enabled the knowledge of product configuration was always in the latest status. Through the guiding role of configuration feedback information, the product configuration recipe was reconstructed based on the reuse of configuration knowledge. At the end, an example of project implementation under the architecture was given to illustrate for the reconstruction of product configuration recipe for the proposed methods.
