摘  要:采用环氧乙烷(EO)平均加合数分别为0.8和3.0的脂肪醇醚AEO08和AEO30为原料,直接与葡萄糖进行催化缩合反应,反应混合物用超临界CO2萃取技术提纯,分别得到醇醚糖苷AEG08和AEG30,并用气相色谱法定量分析了AEG08和AEG30的组成。对烷基糖苷(APG),AEG08和AEG30进行的物化性能检测结果表明,由于醇醚糖苷分子结构中引入了聚氧乙烯(EO)链,其抗硬水能力明显提高,且表面活性剂EO链越长,其在硬水中的稳定性、表面活性及泡沫等性能越好。Ethoxylated fatty alcohol(AEO08 and AEO30), with average mole number of adducted ethylene oxide (EO)0.8 and 3.0 respectively, was used to react directly with glucose, and the glycosidation product mixture was purified by supercritieal CO2 extraction, and ethoxylated fatty alcohol glucoside (AEG08 and AEG30) was obtained respectively. Composition of the products was analyzed quantitatively by gas chromatography. Physicochemical properties of APG, AEG0s and AEG3o were examined and compared. The results showed that the ability for resisting hard water is improved significantly due to the EO chain adducted to AEG. The longer the EO chain of the surfactant, the better the performance in hard water, such as stability, surface activity, foaming power and so on.
