摘　　要：摘要：采用国外先进的in silico技术，应用QSAR（Quantitative structure activity relationship）测试模块，对防晒剂成分的皮肤接触过敏性、人体感觉刺激性以及眼刺激性分别进行了预测和评价，并针对其人体感觉刺激性预测结果，计算了防晒剂成分的职业暴露限量OEL（occupational exposure limit）值。结果表明，防晒剂成分表现出不同的皮肤接触过敏性、人体感觉刺激性以及眼刺激性可能性，尤其是二苯甲酮-3和苯基苯并咪唑磺酸的过敏性和刺激性可能性较高，而4-二甲氨基苯甲酸2-乙基己酯相对较低。针对感觉刺激性作用，防晒剂成分的OEL值在0.03cm^3／m^3—1.85cm^3／m^3，尤其是二苯酮-3的OEL值最低，为0.03cm^3／m^3左右。说明防晒剂成分应用于化妆品产品中时，对人体可能有一定的皮肤接触过敏性、人体感觉刺激性以及眼刺激性作用，具有一定的人体暴露风险，需要引起注意。The probability of allergic contact dermatitis, sensory irritation and eye irritation （draize test） for sunscreens were investigated respectively by in silico technology using QSAR （quantitative structure activity relationship） model. OEL （occupational exposure limit） values were calculated from the predicted results of sensory irritation. The results indicated that the sunscreens exhibit different extents on allergic contact dermatitis, sensory irritation and eye irritation. Particularly, oxybenzone and 2-phenylbenzimidazole-5-sulphonic acid shows higher probability values and 2-ethylhexyl 4-dimethylaminobenzoate shows lower probability value.In view of sensory irritation, the OEL values for sunscreens are between 0.03cm^3/m^3—1.85cm^3/m^3,while for oxybenzone, the lowest OEL value of 0.03cm^3/m^3 should be used. It could be concluded that the application of sunscreens on human skin may show some exposure risks of noteworthiness due to the probability of allergic contact dermatitis, sensory irritation and eye irritation.
