铁路蒸汽机车乘务作业对机体心血管系统的影响

摘　　要：对１２３名铁路蒸汽机车乘务及１１２名非接触毒害对照组工人的血压及心电图检测结果分析。发现血压在两组间无显著性差异，心电图的异常率观察组高于对照组，差异有极显著性；但观察组中，不同年龄和工龄组间差异不显著。观察组中心电图异常类型以心律失常、左心室高电压、心电轴左偏为主，且心律失常异常率较对照组差异有显著性。血管总外周阻力（ＴＰＲ）观察组异常率高于对照组，差异有显著性，且异常率随工龄的增高而增高，但差异无显著性。提示：铁路蒸汽机车乘务作业可导致作业人员心电图和ＴＰＲ异常。The results of blood pressure and electrocardiogram(EKG) examination between 123 attendants in steam locomotive train and 112 controls were compared and analysed It showed that the values of blood pressure had no significant difference between those two groups However, the abnormal rate of EKG appeared to have significant difference, observed group being greater than that of control The abnormal EKG was mainly consisted of arrhythmia, left ventricular high voltage, left deviation of eletrocardial axis etc In addition, the abnormal rate of total peripheral resistance(TPR) was also shown to be higher in observed group
