摘　　要：功能性消化不良(FD)是消化内科最常见的疾病之一,迄今为止发病机制尚未阐明。FD隶属于祖国医学的"痞满"、"胃脘痛"等范畴,病位在胃,涉及肝脾,以肝气郁滞、脾失运化、胃失通降为基本病机,有效治疗FD之肝胃不和型则可阻止疾病进一步发展。中医护理以可以疏肝理气、和胃止痛为原则,从起居饮食情志推拿等方面实施综合护理,可获良效。Functional dyspepsia （FD） is a medicine to digest one of the most common diseases, the pathogenesis has not been clarified so far. FD is part of Chinese medicine＇s ＂fullness and distension in the abdomen ＂, ＂stomach pain ＂ in areas such as, the sick in the stomach, liver and spleen related to liver, spleen transportation of stolen, missing the stomach reduced to the basic pathogenesis pass, effective treatment of FD, the type of incoordination between liver and stomachdisease may prevent further development. Nursing to be liver qi, and the principle of stomach pain, from the daily diet, such as emotional aspects of the implementation of the Integrated massage care, will be good effect.
