摘 要:目的:建立全蝎、蜈蚣、土鳖虫、僵蚕等4种药材中总磷脂含量测定方法。方法:采用Folch试剂超声提取,钼蓝试剂显色,分光光度法测定10个不同地区的全蝎等4种药材中总磷脂的含量。结果:样品中总磷脂含量以磷计的回归方程Y=0.0238X-0.01(r=0.9994),线性范围在2.38~7.14μg,RSD=0.53%,平均回收率为99.9(%n=5)。结论:采用钼蓝比色法测定全蝎等4种药材中10个不同地区商品中总磷脂含量,方法简便,方法学结果理想,可作为该4种药材质量控制的方法。Objective:To establish the method for determining the content of total phospholipids in Scorpio, Scolopendra,Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga ,Bombyx Batryticatus and evaluate the quality of four medicinal materils from different collecting area. Methods: After extracting by folch agent,Moly-blue agent display color and adopting Ui-vis to determine the content of total phospholipids in four medicinal materils from ten different collecting areas. Resuhs: The linear equation of phosphonium is A=0.0238 C - 0.01 (r=0.9994),the range of linearity from 2.38 to7.14 μg,RSD=0.53%,the average recovery was 99.9%. Conclusion: The above method to determine the content of total phospholipids in four medicinal materils is brief , both recur and precision density are all right,it can pilot quality control of the four medicinal materils.
