摘  要:目的:探讨经阴道三维和彩色多普勒超声在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)诊断中的价值。材料与方法:选择在我中心诊治的55例PCOS患者和45例有正常排卵周期的健康妇女,利用经阴道三维和彩色多普勒超声对卵巢三维容积、卵泡计数、彩色血流显像特征以及血流动力学参数等进行观察检测,并对两组参数作对比分析。结果:PCOS组的卵巢容积、卵巢间质容积、卵泡容积、卵泡计数等显著大于对照组;卵巢间质动脉的阻力指数(R I)显著低于对照组,收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(PDV)显著高于对照组。结论:利用经阴道三维和彩色多普勒超声对卵巢三维容积和卵巢间质内动脉血流动力学指标的检测分析能明显提高PCOS的诊断水平,是诊断PCOS的重要客观定量指标之一。Purpose:To study the diagnostic value Transvaginal three-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Materials and Methods:55 patients with PCOS and 45 healthy women with normal ovulatory cycle from our centre were examined by the use of transvaginal three-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound to observe and test the ovarian three-dimensional volume,the follicle number,the color blood flow image features,as well as blood hemodynamic parameters,and analyse the two sets of parameters.Results:ovarian volume,ovarian stromal volume,follicular volume,and follicle number in PCOS group were significantly higher than those in the control group;ovarian stromal artery resistance index(RI)in PCOS group was significantly lower than that in the control group,systolic peak velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(PDV)in PCOS group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The use of transvaginal three-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound on three-dimensional volume and ovarian interstitial hemodynamics analysis indicators can significantly improve the diagnosis of PCOS level,and it is one of an important quantitative indicators in diagnosing PCOS.
