矽肺的X线表现及临床分析(2894例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨矽肺的X线表现。材料与方法:对已诊断的2894例矽肺病例的X线表现进行回顾性分析。结果:2894例矽肺主要X线表现为:全部病例均有圆形阴影,小阴影聚集846例,大阴影356例,肺门影增大668例,肺门淋巴结蛋壳样钙化267例,肺气肿704例,网状阴影721例,矽肺并发肺结核356例。结论:X线胸片是诊断矽肺的基础,对矽肺诊断具有重要意义。Purpose：To approach the X-ray manifestations of silicosis.Materials and Methods：To 2894 silicosis cases retrospective classify analyzed.Results：X-ray manifestations in the 2894 cases were：small nodulars found in all cases.846 cases combined with aethereal conglomeration shadow,356 cases combined with dens conglomeration shadow.668 cases hilum of lung aggrandizement,267 cases eggshell calcificated lymph node in hilum of lung,704 cases emphysema,721 cases reticulation hatching,and 356 cases companic with tuberculosis.Conclusion：X-ray chest film is for diagnosis silicosis play an important role.
