福辛普利合并小剂量氢氯噻嗪逆转中青年高血压左心室肥厚的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察合并应用福辛普利及小剂量利尿剂氢氯噻嗪,在降低血压的同时改善心肌重塑的情况。方法选择合并不同程度左心肥厚的中青年高血压患者45例,使用福辛普利和氢氯噻嗪治疗,连续应用16周。观察使用前后血压、左心室质量(LVM),左室质量指数(LVMI)变化情况。结果收缩压和舒张压、LVM和LVMI均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05)。结论福辛普利和小剂量氢氯噻嗪联用可逆转中青年高血压患者的左心室肥厚。Objective To investigate the effect of fosinopril and hydromal in youth and middle-aged patients with thickened in left heart in decreaseing their blood pressure and inverse the bad remolding in the meantime. Methods The forty-five hypertensive patients were gived fosinopril and a little dose hydro mal for 16 weeks. Results Either systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, LVM and LVMI in these patients were significantly decreased after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Utilization of fosinopril and a little dose of hydromal can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve the clinical symptom of these patients .
