锝99-亚甲基二膦酸盐对兔空腹血糖的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨锝99-亚甲基二膦酸盐(99Tc-MDP,商品名云克)对兔空腹血糖的影响。方法:实验兔30只随机分为99Tc-MDP组,地塞米松组,生理盐水对照组。分别测定给药前,给药后3 d、7 d、14 d、21 d五个不同阶段空腹血糖值。检测结果采用SPSS软件进行方差分析,作均数差异的显著性检验。结果:与生理盐水对照组比较,使用地塞米松14 d后,兔空腹血糖明显升高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但99Tc-MDP组血糖无升高,且与生理盐水对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:地塞米松大剂量使用可导致兔空腹血糖升高,而99Tc-MDP未导致兔空腹血糖升高。Objective: To investigate the impact of ^99Tc-MDP on the fasting blood glucose of rabbits. Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into ^99Tc-MDP group, dexamethasone group, normal saline control group. Automatic biochemical analyzer was applied to detect levels of fasting blood glucose of rabbits before administration, and 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days after administration. Analysis of variance was done by SPSS software. Results: Compared with normal saline control group, the level of fasting blood glucose in dexamethasone group increased significantly on the 14th day after administration (P〈0.05), while no significant difference was found between ^99Tc-MDP group and normal saline control group (P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Administration of high-dose dexamethasone could increase the level of fasting blood glucose of rabbits, but ^99Tc-MDP administration had no such effect.
