康复新明胶海绵贴敷治疗鼻中隔糜烂临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察用康复新明胶海绵治疗32例鼻中隔糜烂鼻出血的临床疗效。方法:用浸有康复新液的明胶海绵贴敷于鼻中隔糜烂处,隔日1次,3次为一个疗程。结果:一个疗程半年,随访有效率为94%。结论:用康复新明胶海绵塞鼻治疗鼻中隔糜烂,材料简易,操作方便,痛苦小,疗效好,无并发症,实为治疗鼻中隔糜烂的有效方法。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Kangfuxin fluid gelatin sponge in 32 patients with the erosion nose bleed.Methods: Kangfuxin fluid paste gelatin sponge soaked with Kangfuxin fluid in the erosion place in the nose.Every other day 1 time,3 times are a treatment course.Results: A treatment course half year.The effectiveness was 94% after follow-up.Conclusion: Kangfuxin fluid gelatin sponge is used to fill in the nose to treat nose and separate the erosion,with the simple material,the ease of operation,the small pain and the good curative effect and does not have the complication,actually treats the erosion in the nasal septum.
