摘 要:当今市场,减少成本增加利润是企业的核心任务,协作与交互运作的关键是改善供应链的效益,基于合作商务模式的公司的交易的一显著现象就是零售商延迟付款期限而不支付利息,同时制造商得益于零售商购买大批量的商品.本文通过建立损耗性商品在延迟付款期限下供应链库存模型,并探讨最优的库存管理模型.在不缺货前提下,本文目的在于考虑在一次订购,多次递送且需求为固定及可能发生损耗商品情形下的联合总成本的最小化,数值计算例子结果验证了模型符合实际背景的物理意义.In current market, the cooperation and transoperation among companies are crucial in improving the effectiveness of supply chain. One notable phenomenon for transactions based on the cooperation business modes is that retailers are agreed a grace period to pay back for the goods brought without paying any interest. To manufacturer, it has the benefit of attracting the retailer to purchase its goods in large batches. A new supply chain model is presented for easy spoilage products in the circumstance of delayed payments in collaboration of retailer and manufacturer to minimize their joint cost. The calculation result of a numerical example accords with the physical background meaning.
