摘 要:建立了基于载体促进传递的液相微萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定尿液中违禁药物吗啡、可待因和安非他明的方法。通过在有机相添加极性载体,扩大了液相微萃取的应用范围,对亲水性和疏水性的分析物实现了同时富集。考察了载体浓度、有机溶剂、萃取时间?搅拌速率对目标分析物富集因子的影响。在优化的实验条件下,方法的线性范围为0.1~5.0mg.L-1,相关系数大于0.996,检出限低至0.025mg.L-1,相对标准偏差小于9.2%。该方法用于实际尿样分析,结果满意。A method for the simultaneous determination of morphine, codeine and amphetamine in urine was developed based on carrier-facilitated liquid -liquid -liquid microextraction (LLLME) cou- pled with high performance liquid chromatography. By adding a polar carrier in the organic phase, the simultaneous extraction and enrichment of hydrophilic ( morphine and codeine) and hydrophobic (amphetamine) drugs were achieved. The study has expanded the application of LLLME to extract a hydrophilic substance from complex biological matrices. Effects of carrier concentration, organic sol- vent, extraction time and stirring rate on the em'iehment factor of analytes were explored. Under opti- mal experimental conditions, the linear ranges for three analytes were from 0. 1 to 5.0 mg · L -1 with correlation coefficients( r2 ) of higher than 0. 996. The detection limit was 0. 025 mg · L-1 ( S/N = 3 ) with relative standard deviations lower than 9.2%. This method was applied to determine the real u- rine specimens with satisfactory results.
