某制胶企业职业病危害因素监测与健康检查结果

摘　　要：目的了解某制胶企业在生产过程中存在的职业危害因素,对现有的职业危害控制措施予以评价并改进,降低其对从业人员的危害,以保护从业人员的身体健康。方法对该制胶企业职业危害现场进行调查、采样检测及分析。结果该企业的主要职业危害因素甲醛超标情况严重,体检异常者比例达41.6%,经改进防护措施后现场作业环境得到一定的改善。结论该厂的职业病危害不容忽视,应进一步加强防护设施的改进并加强管理,控制职业危害因素的浓度和强度,防止职业病的发生。[Objective]To understand the existed occupational hazards in a rubber processing corporation, and evaluate and improve the occupational hazard control measures to reduce the harm to employees and protect their health. [ Methods] The occupational hazards in this enterprise were sampled, tested, and analyzed. [ Results ] The main occupational hazard formaldehyde was in serious condition and the proportion of abnormal examination result was 41.6%. The operation environment was improved after some protective measures were taken. [Conclusion]The occupational hazards can not be ignored, the facilities for control occupational hazards and the management should be improved to control the concentration and intensity of occupational hazards and to prevent occupational diseases.
