摘　　要：目的了解广西医疗放射工作者健康状况与工龄的关系,为制订防护措施提供科学依据。方法对广西从事医用X射线诊断、介入治疗、放射性同位素的医疗放射人员进行职业健康检查,然后对体检结果进行归纳分析。结果广西医疗放射工作者临床症状阳性检出率23.16%,眼晶状体混浊率为20.78%,白细胞异常检出率为5.07%,血红蛋白异常检出率为23.26%,血小板异常检出率为2.19%,染色体畸变率4.08%,微核率3.78%。结论广西医疗放射工作者临床症状阳性检出率、眼晶状体混浊率、血常规异常率、染色体畸变率与微核率均随工龄的增加而增高,值得关注。[ Objective ] To understand the correlation between health status and length of service of medical radiation staff, and provide scientific evidence for developing protective measures. [ Methods] The occupational health examination was conducted on medical radiation staff who engaged in medical X-ray diagnosis, interventional therapy and radioisotopes. The examination results were analyzed. [ Results ] Positive detection rate among medical radiation staff were as followed ： clinical symptoms of 23.16%, lens opaeifieation of 20.78%, leukocyte disorder of 5.07%, haemoglobin anomaly of 23.26% ; platelet abnormality of 2.19% ; chromosome aberration of 4.08% ; micronucleus of 3.78%. [ Conclusion] The positive rate of clinical symptoms, the rate of lens opaeification, blood abnormal rate, chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate increase with the increasing length of service, this phenomenon deserves attentions.
