摘  要:目的研究以L-半胱氨酸作为还原剂,氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定矿泉水中锑的方法。方法选择测定的最佳条件、共存元素对测定的影响及方法的准确度和精密度。结果方法标准曲线回归方程为Y=216.7C-38.1,r=0.9995,线性范围为0~10μg/L;样品加标回收率为93.0%~99.8%,RSD为0.5%、1.0%和6.4%。结论该方法适用于矿泉水中锑的测定,具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点。[ Objective] To investigate the determination of Antimony in mineral water by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry, taking L-cysteine as reductant. [Methods]Optimum condition for determination, the impact of co-existed elements on determination and accuracy and precision of the method were selected. [ Results] The regression formula of standard curve was Y = 216. 7 C - 38.1, r = 0. 9995, The linear range was 0 - 10 μg/L ; the recovery of standard addition was93.0% - 99.8%, RSD was 0.5%, 1.0% and 6.4%. [ Conclusion] This method is suitable for determination of antimony in mineral water for its advantages of rapid, accurate, with high sensitivity.
