盐城市盐都区2005—2007年不同人群抗-HIV检测分析

摘　　要：目的分析盐城市盐都区不同人群中艾滋病流行现状与特征,为今后的艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法对2005—2007年盐都区外来婚嫁人员、娱乐场所女性性服务者、劳教收容人员、性病门诊就诊者、男男性接触人群、部分外出务工人群和留守家属、既往有偿献血史人群、孕产妇、高校学生、抗-HIV阳性者配偶,采用ELISA方法检测抗-HIV。结果2005—2007年共检测不同人群血清9003份,初筛检测抗-HIV阳性8例,确认抗-HIV阳性8例,阳性率0.089%。其中,AIDS1例(外出务工者,已死亡)。外来婚嫁人员3例,阳性率0.193%;女性性服务者1例,阳性率0.259%;男男性接触1例,阳性率0.980%;外出务工人员2例,阳性率0.069%;留守妇女1例,阳性率0.095%。男性3例,阳性率0.078%;女性5例,阳性率0.097%。抗-HIV阳性者配偶检出2例。8例抗-HIV阳性者均为性接触传播。结论盐都区属艾滋病低流行区,但仍应加强全民健康教育,提高一般人群对艾滋病的自我防范意识,以遏制艾滋病的流行和蔓延。[ Objective ] To analyze the epidemic status and features of AIDS among different populations in Yandu District of Yancheng, and provide evidence for future AIDS control. [ Methods] ELISA method was adopted to detected anti-HIV on non-native married people, female sexual workers in entertainment places, the detained criminals, the venereal disease outpatients, the male homosexual population, some migrant workers and the remaining family members, the blood donors, pregnant women, college students, and the positive HIV antibody patients＇spouses. [ Results ] Totally 9003 serum samples were detected during 2005-2007, 8 were positive by screening detection of anti-HIV, 8 （ 0. 089%0 ） were confirmed positive. Among which, 1 was AIDS patients （the outworker who had been dead） , 3 （0. 193%o ） were non-native married people, accounted for 0. 193% ; 1 （0. 259% ） was female sexual worker; 1 （0. 980%） was men homosexual; 2 （0. 069% ） were outworkers; 1 （0. 095% ） was remaining woman; 3（0. 078% ）were male; 5 （0.097%） were female. 2 were the positive HIV antibody patients＇spouses, and all 8 anti-HIV positive were infected through sexual contact. [ Conclusion] Yandu district is a low prevalence region of AIDS. It is necessary to strengthen the universal health education and improve the self-awareness of prevention so as to curb the spread of AIDS.
