摘　　要：目的了解大庆某化工公司醋酸车间技术改造后的职业卫生学现状是否符合职业卫生标准,为今后的职业卫生管理奠定基础。方法依据国家职业卫生标准及规范,对某化工公司醋酸车间的技术改造后的作业场所职业病危害因素的浓度或强度进行检测,对作业场所卫生防护措施进行调查,对接触职业病危害因素的作业工人进行职业健康检查。结果某化工公司醋酸车间作业场所职业病危害因素的浓度或强度检测结果及卫生防护措施符合职业卫生标准;对职业病危害因素作业人员进行职业健康检查未发现有职业禁忌证。结论通过调查研究显示某化工公司醋酸技改后的职业卫生现状符合职业卫生标准。[ Objective ] To understand whether the occupational health status of acetate workshop of a certain chemical company meet the occupational health standards after technical reform, and provide basis for future occupational health management. [ Methods] Based on national occupational health standards and norms, the concentration or intensity of harmful factors at the workshop were measured after reform, the hygienic protection was investigated, the occupational health examination was conducted on w6rkers who exposed to occupational hazards. [ Results]The test results of concentration or intensity of harmful factors and hygienic protection accorded with the occupational health standards; no occupational contraindication was found in occupational health examination. [ Conclusion ] The investigation shows that the occupational health status of acetate workshop of the chemical company meet the occupational health standards after technical reform.
