摘　　要：基于语义网理论建立基于语义推理的DSS模型。该模型引用W3C提出的资源描述框架(RDF)以描述业务领域中各要素,形成领域本体。并对领域中业务数据进行语义标注,构建事实库。在所构建事实库的基础上,系统根据预设规则进行推理,以达到决策支持的目的。最后基于以上方法对施工项目设备推荐领域进行实例建模,建立设备推荐系统。该系统将Semantic Web与Ontology理论引入到施工项目领域,以解决施工项目过程中存在的设备选型推荐问题,并作为语义Web理论在该领域内应用的一次尝试。A semantic Web based reasoning DSS model is introduced,which takes the architecture of Resource Description Framework （RDF） to describe the factors in a special domain,annotates the operation data semantically to form fact base,and reasons on the presetting rules in the rule base to support decision making.The architecture of the model,the procedure of mod- eling and the reasoning flow of the reasoning engine in the model are also described in detail.A comparison between ordinary DSS models and the new one is made to express the characteristic of the new DSS model.At last an application case based on the model,called Equipment Recommendation System,focused to resolve the problem of equipment recommendation in the domain of construction project,is presented to explain the system architecture of the DSS model and the reasoning procedure.The system provides some experience and mode for designing and developing Semantic Web based application.
