摘  要:目的:观察POP患者的主韧带和阴道前壁组织中Ⅲ型胶原总量及其代谢标志物Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PⅢNP)情况,探讨Ⅲ型胶原代谢改变与POP发病的关系。方法:选择POP患者和因子宫良性病变行手术治疗的非POP患者各13例,术中取主韧带及阴道前壁组织,用免疫组化方法测定Ⅲ型胶原含量,用ELISA法测定PⅢNP含量。结果:POP组主韧带及阴道前壁组织的Ⅲ型胶原含量较对照组低,PⅢNP含量较对照组高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:POP患者韧带和盆底筋膜组织Ⅲ型胶原含量减少可能是由胶原降解增加引起的,负面影响盆底支持组织的强度和弹性,从而导致POP。Objective : To observe the amount of collagen type Ⅲ and ( amino - teminal propeptide of procollagen Ⅲ ) PⅢ NP in cardinal ligament and vaginal wall of patients with pelvic organ prolapse, explore the relationship between metabolism of collagen type m and onset of pelvic organ prolapse. Methods: The levels of collagen type Ⅲ from cardinal ligament and vaginal wall of 13 patients with pelvic organ prolapse and 13 patient with uterine benign lesions were detected by immunohistochemical staining, the level of P Ⅲ NP was detected by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. Results : The level of collagen type Ⅲ from patients with pelvic organ prolapse was lower than that from patient with uterine benign lesions, while the level of P Ⅲ NP reversed (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion: The decrease of collagen type m in cardinal ligament and vaginal wall maybe caused by the increase of collogen degradation, which effects the intensity and flexibility of pelvic floor tissues, pelvic organ prolapse occurs.
