摘 要:通过熔融共混法制备了阻燃PC/ABS复合材料,研究了其流变特性,探讨相容剂、剪切频率等因素对复合材料的动态储能模量、剪切损耗模量、损耗因子和复合黏度等动态流变参数的影响。结果表明:使用由丙烯酸树脂和苯乙烯-马来酸酐无规共聚物组成的复合相容剂,在加工条件下即角频率(ω)为12.6rad/s时,体系的复合黏度(η*)远小于PC的η*。Flame retardant PC/ABS composites were prepared by means of the melting blend method. The dynamic rheological properties of PC/ABS composites were studied, and the effects of compatibilizers and shearing frequency on the rheological parameters, such as dynamic storage modulus, shear loss modulus, loss factor and dynamic complex viscosity were also investigated. The results showed that with the acrylic resin and SMA as the compatibilizers (ω =12.6rad/s), the dynamic complex viscosity(η^*)of the blends was much lower than that of PC.
