透刺为主配合中草药辩证治疗偏头痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合中草药辩证治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法随机设观察组40例采用常规针刺疗法配合中药辩症治疗,对照组22例采用口服西药卡马西平片剂法,分别治疗3 d,观察各时段的治疗效果。结果3天观察组痊愈率92.5%,总有效率为100%;对照组痊愈率77.3%,总有效率95.5%,在针刺配合中药或口服西药后2h以对照组为优,而针刺配合中药或口服西药后24～48 h以观察组为优。结论针刺配合中药辩症治疗偏头痛痊愈率、总有效率均高于口服卡马西平治疗,且具有简、便、廉、验的特点。[ Objective] To observe the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine assisted penetration needling in treatment of migraine. [ Methods] 40 cases were randomly selected as observation group and treated with routine penetration needling and Chinese herbal medicine, 22 cases as control group were administrated with carbamazepine tablets orally, for 3 -day -course respectively, the effects in different periods were observed. [ Results] The 3 -day -cure rate of observation group was 92.5%, the total effective rate was 100% ; in control group, the cure rate was 77.3% and the total effective rate was 95.5%. Compared Chinese herbal medicine assisted penetration needling with oral administration of western medicine, after treatments for 2 hours the effect in control group was better, after 24-48 hours the effect in observation group was better. [ Conclusion] The total effective rate of Chinese herbal medicine assisted penetration needling was higher than that of oral administration of carbamazepine, with the characteristics of simple, convenient, cheap and effectual.
