摘　　要：健康的校园人文环境,是培养创新型人才的温室。分析了高职院校校园人文环境建设的现状,从而提出了高职院校创新型校园人文环境建设的原则与实现创新型校园人文环境建设途径,以期对培养创新型人才做出应有的贡献。Healthy campus cultural environment is the greenhouse of training the innovative talents. This paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of campus cultural environment for higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the principle for this construction and the approach to realizing it, so that it can make the corresponding contribution for training innovative talents.
