摘　　要：随着时代的发展,高校学生管理环境、大学生群体的现状呈现了新的特点。在分析了当前高校学生工作管理体系的基础上,本着贴近学生、贴近实际的原则,从增设机构、创新制度;进一步理顺相关部门之间的关系,全员参与;利用现代信息平台等方面,为新时期高校学生工作管理体系的重构提供了思路。With the development of the times, the environment of college students management and the current situation of college students group displaying new characteristics, to research and reconstruct a new system are necessary. According to pressing close to a student, pressing close to actual principle, the reconstruction of college student management system adaptable to time has been discussed in this paper, including the additon of institutions, the innovation of systems, straightening out the relations between relevant departments further, full participation, taking advantage of modem information platform. It is expected to provide some reference to college students work in a new period.
