新生儿苯丙氨酸定量测定试剂盒的稳定性研究

摘　　要：摸索新生儿苯丙氨酸(Phe)定量测定试剂盒的稳定性,以建立有效的改进措施.采用破坏性试验的方法,把试剂盒以及试剂盒里的各组成部分,包括空白反应板、铜试剂、反应物A、反应物B、硫酸锌试剂和参考标准品滤纸干血片分别置于4℃冰箱(3 d,7 d)、37℃恒温箱(3 d,7 d),按照试剂盒的说明书进行操作,根据检测的准确度、精密度、灵敏度、特异性和线性的变化进行试剂盒的稳定性研究.试剂盒的各组成部分以及整个试剂盒在37℃恒温箱保存3 d和7 d,在4℃冰箱保存3d和7 d,其测得的准确度、精密度、灵敏度、特异性和线性均保持不变.新生儿苯丙氨酸(Phe)定量测定试剂盒具有良好的稳定性.The grope for the stability of neonatai phenylalanine（Phe） quantitative diagnostic kit helps to build up valid improvement measure. By adopting destructiveness experiments, a kit and the inside of a kit of each constitute part, include blank reaction plank, copper and respond thing A and respond thing B, white vitriol and referenced standard rticle filter paper stemed a blood slice are placed in 4 ℃ refrigerators for 3 days and 7 days respectively, 37 ℃ constant temperature box for 3 days and 7 days. An operation is carried on according to the try of a kit of the manual. A research on the stability is conducted according to the examination of accurate degree, sophistication, intelligent degree, particularity and line variety. A kit of each constitutes a part and the whole are kept in 37 ℃ constant temperature box for 3 days and 7 days, and in 4 ℃ refrigerators for 3 days and 7 days, The results obtained in accurate degree, sophistication, intelligent degree, particularity and line are all constant. Neonatai phenylalanine （Phe） quantitative diagnostic kit has a good stability.
