摘  要:目的探讨数字化虚拟技术在骨折病理分析和术前设计中的意义。方法42例围关节骨折病人(其中骨盆骨折8例、股骨粗隆间骨折9例、胫骨平台骨折5例、踝关节骨折13例和跟骨骨折7例)通过BrillianceCT扫描图象数据重建三维骨折可视模型并进行骨折病理分析,选择27例典型骨折(其中骨盆骨折5例、股骨粗隆间骨折7例、胫骨平台骨折3例、踝关节骨折7例和跟骨骨折5例)三维模型进行内固定手术的初步设计。结果重建三维可视模型可准确反映出骨折特点,骨折移位方向和程度,并可进行任意旋转观察,基本实现了内固定手术模拟。结论数字化虚拟技术三维重建可视模型清楚地显示骨折移位情况,为骨折分类提供依据,虚拟化手术设计和内固定方式选择为临床提供有益帮助。Objective To investigate the significance of digitalzed visualization in the fracture pathogenesis and operation design. Methods Brilliance CT scanning of the 42 patients (pelvis fractures 8,intertrochanteric fractures 9,tibial plateau fractures 5,joint of ankle fractures 13 and calcaneum fractures 7) was conducted. Three-dimensional reconstruction of visible models of these fractures were established on the basis of CT images and analysized pathogenesis. The operative procedures of internal fixation of 27 fractures(pelvis fractures 5,intertrochanteric fractures 7,tibial plateau fractures 3,joint of ankle fractures 7 and calcaneum fractures 5) were simulated on the models. Results The models reconstructed by computer could reflect the features of these fractures. And the fracture models could be rotated in any direction and space. Operation designs could be simulated on the visible models. Conclusion The digitalized visualization technique could be used to reconstruct digital models of fractures which will be valuable in pre-operative classification and design in the near future.
