严重烧伤患者热休克蛋白70的表达规律及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨热休克蛋白70的表达在严重烧伤中的作用及其与临床特点的关系。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测42例严重烧伤患者(试验组)和20例健康体检者(对照组)外周血白细胞热休克蛋白70表达情况。结果试验组烧伤1期和2期热休克蛋白70的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),烧伤3期其表达明显降低,趋于对照组表达水平;且试验组中合并代谢性酸中毒、血尿、低蛋白血症、高血糖者其表达明显增高(P<0.05)。结论烧伤可诱导热休克蛋白70表达,且与烧伤患者的临床表现密切相关,热休克蛋白70对机体具有保护作用,可作为疾病早期活动的参考指标之一。Objective To investigate the role of the expression of heat shock protein 70 in the severe burns and its relationship with clinical manifestations. Methods The expression level of heat shock protein 70 in 42 severe burned patients （test group） and 20 healthy person （control group） was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. Results The expression level of heat shock protein 70 in stage-1 and-2 of severe burns was remarkably higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,whereas the expression level in stage-3 showed remarkable decrease,mimic to that or the control group. The patients with metabolic acidosis,hematuria and hypoproteinemia in experiment group had higher heat shock protein 70 expression level（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of heat shock protein 70 could be trigered by burns. It is associate with clinical features and has protective effect on the body from burns. Heat shock protein 70 might be an indicator of severe burns＇activity of early stage.
