半制备反相高效液相色谱法分离珍珠菜中木脂素类成分

摘　　要：对珍珠菜(Lysimachia clethroideDuby)中的木脂素类化学成分,采用Sephadex LH-20和半制备反相高效液相色谱法联用分离化合物,从中分离并鉴定了两个化合物,通过波谱技术鉴定其化合物的结构分别是:(+)-Isolar-ic iresinol-9′-β-D-glucopyranoside(1).Urolignoside(2).化合物1和2均为首次从该属植物中分离得到.To study the chemical constituents of lignans in Lysimachia clethroide Duby. The compounds were isolated and purified by Sephadex LH -20 and Semipreparative RP - HPLC, the structures of the chemical constituents were identified by extensive spectroscopic data analysis. Two lignans were obtained and identified as ： （ ＋ ） - Isolarieiresinol - 9＇ - β - D - glueopyranoside （ 1 ） , Urolignoside （2）. Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
