摘　　要：对液压支架用自动反冲洗过滤器进行了详细分析和模拟。阐述了该过滤器原理的可行性,又对其结构、控制原理、控制方式进行了详细分析,借助AMESim软件对其压力-流量特性进行了模拟仿真,得出结论,为以后进一步改善该过滤器的性能提供了有用的理论依据和参考数据。Detailed analysis and simulation are made to the hydraulic support with the automatic back flushing filter. Sets forth the feasibility of the filter and then makes a systematic analysis of the structure, principles and patterns of control. On top of that, the pressure and flow characteristics are simulated with the help of the software AMESim. And a conclusion is reached. This provides future improvement of the filter with useful foundation in theory and reference data.
