摘　　要：利用CAD/CAE集成的方法完成三螺杆泵主、从螺杆的CAD建模,以UG为平台建立螺杆的三维参数化曲面模型。在ANSYS下经过进一步处理建立起螺杆实际受力状态的三维CAD模型,并将其转化为有限元模型,利用ANSYS进行力学分析。研究结果可以对螺杆的开发和优化设计提供有效的分析和参考依据。The three -dimensional CAD model the practical stress of the screw arbor is eastablished and converted. The finite element model applied in the ANSYS throgh the CAD model of the master slave screw arbor in the three screw pump built by the CAD/CAE integrated method and the three - dimensional parameterized curve model based on the UG . The state of the screw arbor in the three screw pump is analysed by ANSYS. The reseach can give a useful analysis and reference to the people who optimatly design and exploit the screw arbor in the three screw pump.
