摘　　要：对某型号采煤工作面刮板输送机的推溜工况进行了运动分析,通过把推溜工况下刮板输送机中部槽弯曲段假设为2段相切圆弧曲线,得到此型号刮板输送机弯曲段中部槽的12个偏转角,并对弯曲段12个不同偏转角时的中部槽进行了推溜工况时的受力分析,对此型号中部槽进行了拉架工况下的受力分析,在此基础上计算得到了2种工况下中部槽的Von-mises应力分布情况和最大Von-mises应力数值;最后对中部槽进行了优化。The working condition of the scraper conveyor has been research detailed. Put forward the concept of mutually slices arc for the two pieces that the middle pan of scraper conveyor form when middle pan advance bendable like a snake. The boundary condition was made sure which the scraper conveyor is advanced as whole. The stress distributing of the middle pan can be get in the different deflexion angle.
