摘 要:制备青蒿素超微粉及其冻干粉以改善青蒿素的水溶性。利用超临界快速膨胀(RESS)法,溶解压力为20 MPa,温度为60℃,喷嘴孔径为200 um;以HP--βCD和甘露醇配伍作为填充剂制备青蒿素冻干粉;采用AFM、DSC和XRD对青蒿素超微粉及其冻干粉进行形貌和结构表征,以确定其物理化学结构的变化。制备出平均粒径为550 nm的青蒿超微粉,改善了青蒿素的水溶性;冻干粉复溶性好,溶解性好,具有发展成为青蒿素新剂型的应用潜力。Artemisinin ultra-fine powders and artemisinin lyophilized powders was prepared to improve the water soluble of artemisinin. The method of Rapid Expansion of Supercrifical Solutions was adopted at the dissolution pressure of 20 MPa, temperature of 60℃ and nozzle diameter of 200um. The artemisinin lyophilized powders were prepared with fining agent of HP-β-CD and mannitol compatibility. The structure and morphology of artemisinin ultra-fine powders and lyophilized powders were studied by AFM, DSC, and XRD methods to determine the change of physicochemical structure. The results showed that the artemisinin ultra-fine powders with mean particle size of 550nm can be got to improve the water soluble of artemisinin and the artemisinin lyophilized powders have good water solubility and fast solubihty, which had the practical potentiality to develop to be new dosage form of artemisinin.
