摘　　要：目的研究信号传导及转录活化因子STAT5在人肝癌细胞内的表达及其酪氨酸磷酸化活化情况。方法分别采用western b lot、流式细胞术(FCM)方法检测人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721细胞内STAT 5蛋白和磷酸化STAT 5(P-STAT5)蛋白的表达。结果人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721细胞内有STAT 5的表达和酪氨酸(Tyr 694)磷酸化活化。结论STAT 5的异常表达和活化可能在肝癌的发生发展中起重要的作用。Objective To investigate the expression and activation of signal transducers and activators of transcription （STATS） in human hepatoma cells. Methods Western blotting and flow cytometry were used to detect the expression of STATS protein and phospho- STATS respectively. Results There were expression and activation of STATS in human .hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721. Conclusions These results suggest that the expression and the activation of STATS may play an important role in the development and pathogenesis of human hepatoeellular carcinoma.
