摘　　要：开展整体护理的起步工作包括：①准备阶段：成立整体护理领导小组，规划软件和硬件准备。②实施阶段：建立模式病房，将整体护理工作内容纳入全院工作规划中。③总结阶段：根据各项标准评价试点病房，找差距及问题。提出了整体护理的开展要因地制宜，并取得全院的支持。分析了开展过程中存在的问题。The starting work of holistic nursing care includes:①Preparing stage:setting up a leading group and drawing up a plan of software and hardware;②Implementing stage:establishing the model unit and bring the holistic nursing care into the hospital's working plan;and ③ Summarizing stage:evaluating the experimental unit according to each standard,finding the deficiency and problem,and suggesting the development of holistic nursing care according to circumstances and obtaining the support of the whole of hospital.The problems in development of this work were analysed.
