摘　　要：目的:探讨哮喘患儿生命质量与家庭亲密度和适应性的相关性,为提高哮喘患儿生命质量提供科学依据。方法:采用儿科哮喘生命质量调查问卷(Pediatric asthma quality of lifequestionnaire,PAQLQ)和家庭亲密度和适应性量表(Family adaptability and cohesion scale,FACESⅡ-CV),对在重庆儿童医院哮喘中心就诊的60例7～17岁的患儿及其家长进行问卷调查。结果:哮喘儿童的生命质量总分和各方面得分与其家庭亲密度和适应性呈正相关。结论:提高患儿生命质量,在规范药物治疗的基础上,要促进患儿家庭的亲密度和适应性,鼓励家长积极参与患儿的治疗和护理,实施以家庭为中心的护理。Objective：To explore correlation between life quality and their family adaptability and cohesion in children with asthma ,in order to provide scientific basis for improving their life qualities. Methods： Pediatric asthma quality of life questionnaire （PAQLQ） and family adaptability and cohesion scale （FACESII-CV） were used to evaluate 60 caregivers of asthmatic children. Results： There was a significantly positive inter-relationship between the life quality of children with asthma and their family adaptability and cohesion. Conclusion： In order to improve the life quality of children with asthma, we should promote their family adaptability and cohesion, encourage family members to participate therapy plan decision and provide family centered care in addition to routine medical treatment.
