摘 要:为了弄清材料拉压强度不相等时板材成形问题的应力解答和最大截面缩减率,根据统一强度理论,对金属板材成形问题进行分析,得出考虑中间主切应力影响和材料拉压比影响的金属板材成形应力统一解,以及反映最大截面缩减率与拉压比和中间主切应力参与系数之间关系的统一解,给出韧性金属板材成形最大截面缩减率可能的取值域。分析过程中引入一个反映金属板材拉制和压制工艺的系数,将金属板材成形问题的拉制解和压制解统一起来。当材料拉压强度相同时,金属板材成形应力统一强度理论解退化为金属板材成形应力统一屈服准则解,金属板材成形应力的Mis-es解是金属板材成形应力统一屈服准则解的特例。For gaining the solutions for stresses of sheet in metal forming process and for the maximum shrinkage reducing ratio of cross-section for metal sheet with different tension compression strength, the problem of sheet metal forming was analyzed based on unified strength theory. The influences of intermediate principal shear stress and tension compression ratio was taken into consideration in analysis. Unified solutions for stresses of sheet in metal forming process and for the relations about the maximum shrinkage reducing ratio of cross-section with tension compression ratio and the participation factor of intermediate principal shear stress are gained. At the same time, the probable numerical range of the maximum shrinkage reducing ratio of cross-section for ductile metal sheet is obtained. In the analysis of forming process, the drawing solution of metal sheet and its compression solution are unified by introducing a coefficient, which can indicate that the solution is the solution of drawing process or that of compression; When the tension strength of a material is as stone as its compression strength, the stresses solutions of metal sheet based on unified strength theory are reduced to those based on unified yield criterion, simultaneously, the Mises solution for metal sheet is a special case of its unified yielded criterion.
